This was a very tasty recipe. I halved the onions due to several family members not beings fans, and used the gruyere alternative.
It was quick (except for the caramelization of the onions) and easy to make, and went quite well with mashed potatoes. My only complaint was I wished it had a little pan gravy for the potatoes!
