Definitely use less pepper, probably wouldn't make it again though it was fairly easy to make and was truly one pot. Also the meatballs fell apart on me; but that's maybe user error too - edit to add; still don't like it much, but used less pepper and more bread crumbs. It's just alright. Still probably won't make again
