Easy tasty recipe- Don't ignore the advice about using 10% fat mince - I cooked it with 5% and it was dry when cooled -still tasty but next time I'm using 10% fat also I cooked on high 3 1/2 hours I think I could have done just 3 hours. Still can't get the hang of squeezing the garlic bulb I ended up in a mess 😁 - another great recipe from Sarah at Tamingtwins.com
