I don’t know if it’s the best, but it is delicious! I use garlic powder instead of garlic salt - the cheese has plenty of salt on its own to make up for it. I also make it a little thinner to put it through a strainer because my daughter doesn’t like the look of the “weird green things” (aka the chilies). It’s great on its own with tortilla chips but I love to add it to Mexican rice, tacos, and fajitas.
