Ok, this was a mess from the beginning. I didn't have the Cilantro, so I had had the Mr. Go to the store, and that took forever. I cooked the rice while he went to the store and think too much water was added because it came out sticky and a bit mushy, which I dislike. The flavors were ok, so I think I should try this recipe again and hope for better results. My family liked the rice overall, so that was good 👍
