These were so delicious, I used applesauce instead of oil. Also ground ginger instead of nutmeg. Added walnuts and chocolate chips. Perfection

As usual your recipe was superb. Made these twice. The 2nd time around I added 1/2 tsp of cardamom and enjoyed that also. Thank you for all of your recipes.
