I did mine with homemade pesto and sundried tomatoes. This was first time making; should have remembered to put olive oil on the sundried tomatoes as they browned a lot. I did mine without the parchment paper but had no trouble getting it off the pan. I just used a good dose of olive oil on the bottom of the pan.
