YUM! Made the topping the day before and doubled it but still only 1/4 c water. Did not peel the apple. Used brown Monkfruit sweetener instead of sugar and extra raisins. Cooked for 40+ min until soft. Served on top of 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt instead of plain, added cinnamon granola instead of nuts, hemp hearts and zero calorie carmel.
