Lacey- I've made this many times and it's a great recipe. If I wanted to double or triple the amount of dough so that I could make mutiple trays at once, I understand that I should double or triple all the ingredients except for the yeast--which might not need to be increased. Is that correct? Can you help with how much yeast I should use in those cases? Thanks.

Hello! I always just double/triple without adjusting the yeast. Have never had an issue!
