everybody needs to try this focaccia recipe at least once. even if you’re brand new to bread baking (like i am), this recipe will turn out great! super easy to follow and i didn’t have any difficulties besides my wet dough which wasn’t an issue in the end. the garlic and cheese with this bread tastes so amazing; everybody who tried it tonight absolutely loved it!! don’t be intimidated by the overnight dough, it’s not hard at all and the resulting dough had amazing air pockets. easiest 10/10 in my life!!
