This was good ! I would add a bit more honey next time though. And even though the cake layers are supposed to be very thin, rolling 8 pieces to fit a 9 inch pan is too thin I think. It kept tearing from being rolled so thin. So I ended up making 4 layers instead of 8, but then my layers were too thick. It takes experience to make the layers to the desired thinness and size I guess ! I also feel the icing made too much, so next time I’ll make less of it. I would also make it a tad more sweet, but that’s just me. An amazing dessert though ! I would love to master this !
