Tasty & quick one dish meal. I made it as Deconstructed Chicken Nachos served with homemade 'nachos'- wraps cut into triangles & flash fried & sprinkled with himalayan pink salt- served with creme fraiche & extra sliced jalapeños to personal taste. Everyone loved it (8 person family- 50 to 5 years) & it was so nice & easy. Will make it again.
Made in Wales, UK- subbed with what I had in- kidney beans, tin tomatoes with chicken stock cube & garlic, fajita seasoning & fresh parsley.
