Ismael some key points I realised was if the water is too warm...the yeast doesn't work...also be gentle and not too much dimples as the bubbles collapse. If they do... leave it for 30 mins before putting it to the oven...it'll regain its structure

Too much salt will kill the yeast, stick to the quantities in the recipe.

Yeah my salt grinder accidentally spilled 40 grams of salt instead of 10 and sadly there was no puff puff to dimple
