Second time baking my focaccia with this recipe! My husband and I recently went vacation to Italy and had numerous focaccia. However, after trying the focaccia I baked with Lacey’s recipe, he said it was way better than the ones we had in Italy! (Thank you, Lacey!)
I not only love how the recipe was written in a way that it was easy to follow, but also the result was tremendous. Also, I love how I can change the toppings to pair with other foods. I’ve paired “Italian seasoning focaccia” with ragu pasta, and “tomato sauce, basil, and boccocini focaccia” with carbonara.
