I only had a round pan, but it still works. Cutting it is a bit easier if I pop it out of the pan and onto a cutting board, but I letting it warm up to room temp might have helped. Stuck it in the fridge to help chill the topping, but it is much easier to cut and eat at room temp. I increased the topping to 3.5 oz. of each chip. My only issue is that I easily overeat and make myself sick. It is so addicting.
