Made it! Pretty easy and versatile. I used pearl mozzarella and sundried tomatoes with a little pesto, garlic salt and pecorino. I followed the recipe as written without any problems and wouldn't change anything. I've made King Arthur's pizza with this method and I think this recipe could be used for that too made in a cast iron pan. Next time I'll do it with different varieties of olives!
