Boiled the perogies before pan frying. Added a touch of Italian seasoning, Danos, and red pepper flakes. Cooked the sausage with salt pepper and half a container of mushrooms.
Used 3/4 cup of whipping cream plus some Parmesan cheese.
Only used 1/4 of a large white onion. My family doesn't like onion much but they still said it was good.
Cheap and quick! Very satisfying.
