Used a yellow and orange bell pepper, half of a white onion, and cut 9 ounces of green beans into thirds. (This was what I had, figured I would add onion to compensate for lack of 1lb green beans).
Very tasty. The green beans had almost a buttery taste been though no butter was used. Chicken was so tender and juicy.
