Update: tried again and still was not jazzed. For butter, 3T still seems like way too much, and the chocolate easily gets burnt in the slow cooker, even with a diligent stir every 15 min. I would prefer to do classic fudge.
I’m willing to try this again with different chocolate, but this did not make fudge. It almost tastes like a brownie consistency which is weird considering there is not flour. It’s possible I also added slightly too much butter, I will try again but was not jazzed by this.
