← Replies in Easy Mexican Rice Recipe

Not sure why, but this recipe did not cook the way it was supposed to. The rice is still hard and soggy with lots of soupy tomato sauce in the pan. I've never had an issue cooking rice. I followed the directions. This recipe was just a flop for us.
