Slightly tweaked the recipe based on what I could get hold of easily here.
I used:
85g cooked pasta = 150cals
Got premade tesco side salad (edamame, carrot,rocket) approx 1/3 of the pack = 20 cals
Added in 3 baby plum tomatos = 12 cals
Used ready made low fat Pesto 24g = 50cals
And finally some grated cheddar cheese 15g = 65cals
Overall should be 297 cals, perfect for meal prep work lunches.
