it was ... ok. more icy than i'd like. get ready for your ice cream to taste overwhelmingly like whatever nut / alternative butter you use. i used sunflower butter and added instant coffee to make coffee ice cream ... and the sunflower flavor overwhelmed everything. also, make sure you have an ice cream maker of some kind because doing it by hand does not quite feel worth the effort / time.
