Edit 23/06/26 - Found that using half a tbs of Tamarind paste yields the best flavour here. Still my go-to chicken curry recipe.
Best chicken curry I've ever made. Turned out so great, even though I had to add cinnamon powder instead of real cinnamon pieces and dried pandan instead of fresh. Definitely making again.
