I visited Iceland once, and we had big bowls of this fish stew at a cafe. It was perfect for the cold, drizzly weather. The ultimate autumn comfort food, I think.
Very easy to make, and didn't take that long. It didn't say how to "break up" the potatoes, so I mashed about half and cut the other half into tiny cubes. It worked well. Maybe would use a pinch less pepper next time.
