An unexpected texture, very crumbly so be careful when moving from baking tray onto cooling rack. I followed the recipe exactly as written and ended up with puffball-looking biscuits rather than the ones pictured on the recipe site. I pressed them down with a spatula a bit to prevent them for being mistaken for wee poops. Flavour is quite nice though!
Don't be tempted to bake for a couple minutes longer than the recipe says. The cookies will be very soft coming out of the oven, but the melted chocolate in the mixture will harden upon cooling and hold the shape of the cookies. If they're firm when they come out of the oven, they'll be hard when they cool.
