Ended up having too much filling, although it does require lots more practice to get good at wrapping the mochis with lots of filling without breaking!
Super nice flavours, sweet and puffy. My favourite though is the experience of making it which is so fun!
I definitely recommend putting it into the freezer at first to stiffen up, and then conserve in the fridge.
This recipe is adaptable with other fillings too. For example my favourite is using this recipe but instead of peach syrup I add in chopped strawberry.
