-Didn’t like the coconut flour as you could definitely taste it. Would use besan next time.
-You really need to squeeze out ALL the water in the fritters. Maybe press it like tofu after using your hands for thoroughness.
-mixing instructions were unclear but maybe sift flour first and mix dry ingredients, then add dry ingredients to wet ones and use a fork (using hands didn’t evenly distribute the flour)
-needs a sauce to go with it. We did mayo + frank’s red hot
-used air fryer without any oil—10 minutes on each side seemed to do the trick?
