Changed the recipe a bit. Half the garlic, half the onion, added 1/4 cup sour cream and left out the Parmesan and salt since the Sam's Club pesto had plenty of both. Delicious and keto for me. I served it with penne for the rest of the family and the sauce was perfect. Chicken was rubbery, so next time I will do this in the crock pot so that it shreds.
