I like over stuffed mushrooms, so I only used 8oz of mushrooms. I didn't add salt or extra parmesan on top, but I added shredded mozzarella on top right after they were out of the oven. They were tasty, but very salty and the parmesan was an overpowering flavor. Next time I would add less parmesan. I added a couple drops of lemon juice to each one I ate to cut the salinity, but next time I might also sit them in some tomato sauce.
