Savory fall meal too enjoy as the weather gets colder. We made 3 “batches“. We used 1 medium size acorn squash for each batch of filling. The filling/ stuffing seemed like a lot, but was just the right amount to generously fill the acorn squash. The flavor blend was best when the squash and stuffing were mixed. People who ate the filling then ate the squash thought the squash was bland. We had ground pork which we spiced up into sausage for one batch. Both the turkey and pork were tasty. Our family liked this meal.
