I agree with making this in two pots instead. It was good but would've been better if I had executed on it better. I used a Dutch oven and sausage links. It got too hot and the fond was a bit thicker and darker than intended so watch each ingredient closely. Kids aren't a fan of sun dried tomatoes, which wasn't too surprising I guess.
