I'm not sure, but this wasn't a hit. And usually we are meat and potatoes family. I'm not sure if my cooking was off or if it was just the recipe in general. I followed the directions to a T. I will try another recipe for the future and see how it goes. Sorry, I couldn't say exactly what we didn't like. It really just wasn't a meal we were excited about in the end.
