This turned out ok. The flavor was good, but the cheese and spinach all clumped together instead of coating the noodles. However, we did change things. I couldn't find fontina cheese, so we used gruyere. I thought I bought ricotta, but apparently, I forgot it, so we used feta. We eyeballed the seasonings and only used a little paprika because a little goes a long way. We used carb smart egg noodles for the pasta because my old man is diabetic.
