As an American living abroad, I miss General Tso's Chicken. This wasn't quite 100% what I remember, but it was close. Next time I might use a tad less vinegar and a tad less sugar.
The husband liked it. Actually said it was "all right"! 🤯
Note to self: when frying the chicken, it shrinks a lot. You don't need to cut it into tiny pieces
