This recipe is incredible. I double the recipe while tripling the garlic and thyme because those flavors are what really make this dish. I use boneless skinless chicken thighs that I roast in the oven seasoned with SPG and then cut into bites. I'll add an extra cup of water if I feel like I need more liquid to cook the gnocchi Used one cup half & half and 2 cups heavy cream instead of 4c half & half. The consistently is rich and perfect. SO MUCH better than olive garden. Just one of the best soups ever.
