I forgot cream cheese so I made a maple syrup glaze on top. Used pumpkin pie spice with an extra pinch of cinnamon for the spices. The apples were from our backyard, we believe they're Fuji apples. They worked perfectly! This was for our 8th wedding anniversary and I think I'll make this every year with our apples.
