Franco, you genius! This was my first go at lamb shanks and I checked out a few recipes but wanted to try this one. I was making these for my mom's birthday amidst a lot of other things, so I needed it to work! ๐
The instructions were simple and clear and the ingredients were very much within reach. I was working with 10 massive shanks, so adjusted accordingly - and wow! did it ever work... the compliments did not stop coming... the meat fell off the bone, the gravy was insanely good... ๐ apparently my brother-in-law is about to send his poor wife for cooking lessons, poor thing! ๐คฃ๐
I'm kind of afraid I've set the bar too high now... ๐
