I'm reviewing to RAVE about the lemon frosting... when I found it, I was in a desperate hurry. I had a birthday cake to frost & I didn't want buttercream, but I'd run out of cream cheese... I took a wild swing with this one and it was unbelievably good. It was so, so smooth! It was also not overly sweet, but had that lemony tang... can't say enough good things. There was more than enough to frost 3 8 inch layers and it looked gorgeous - tasted even better.
I'm keeping this one!
