Pretty good basic recipe. As was suggested in another recipe, I froze and grated the butter. Works very well. I used regular flour and an extra 3,5 tsp baking powder, instead of self raising. Rolled the dough into a disc and cut it into wedges. 10 minutes baking time doesn't seem correct, the scones needed at least 15-17 min at 200°C (fan) in my oven.
