So easy to make and it’s perfect for a weeknight family dinner! I used frozen sweet potatoes and worked perfectly fine. I’ve seen some comments about the chicken being bland but I easily added extra seasonings to add more flavor. I served it with a side of Mac n cheese and my family loved it!
