Cook time says 30 to 40 minutes . If you want the crust to rise try cooking 1 1/2 hours . If it looks like it could burn then just cover till it rises . Other than that , I really enjoyed this dish. I served w/ vanilla ice cream. I also added pecans do not add pecans till the last 10 minutes or they will burn. I used a lot of peaches lol no brainer .. I also added cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar to the peaches
