Only my second time baking bread, the inside is always a lil sticky/seemingly undercooked. no one minded it however and ate 3/4 of the loaf. i did 1/2 the amount of salt suggested but we found it wasn’t salty enough so we ended up adding a dusting to each slice with our soup.
