Made the dough per instructions, once out of the bread machine, I turned them into garlic knots!
Section into 8 pieces, turn each piece into a log, then tie into a ‘knot’
Let rest per original recipe instructions.
Brush with 4TBSP butter mixed with minced garlic, salt, pepper, & parsley (measure with your heart) made 8 good sized knots.
Baked for aprox 18 minutes.
