Tried with whole spelt flour, 1:1 baking protein:whey vanilla isolate, holand cocoa:black cocoa, almond butter instead of normal butter and brown cane sugar, also did 2eggs instead of one and white. The chocolate was 85%. Resulted
in really good brownie.
Best version ever: Whole spelt flour whey vanilla protein isolate, only amount in the recipe, + 50g of beets for base recipe, 70percent chocolate, almond butter instead normal butter (DM) 160c - 30 min, then 10 min 175 per other side. Temperature may be different
