Wow! I added red pepper, green pepper, a zucchini and mushrooms. I doubled the recipe with a little bit less meat because of the veggies. It was very soupy but turned out so moist! I used a 9x13 and it cooked in around 30 mins. I cooked it to temp 160. I used a MAPLE KETCHUP red vinegar and Worcestershire for the rolling. I think the maple ketchup was the magic to this!
