made these in the airfryer: sprayed with avocado oil, 400°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. i also regular-fried a few per the original recipe just to compare, and i prefer the consistency and outcome of the airfryer (much crunchier). the yogurt marinade kept the chicken tender and moist during cooking, but the flavors didn't really come through for me. i think adding seasoning to the breadcrumbs next time will improve that. will definitely make again.
