used greek-style coconut yogurt as a shortcut for the mayo / sour cream / buttermilk (also made it in the container for less clean-up). agree that the recipe needs a bit more lemon juice. also added caper brine to an extra tang. was surprised how easy and quick it was to make ranch dressing in a pinch.
