Easy if you start with mirepoix from the store. I got the passata from Amazon. Not quite under 30 minutes but close. I used wine that was not good and it made the sauce feel off. I added it as instructed but added some instead of water in the end because the sauce was too thick. When I went to drink the wine, it was not good. So I will try again with fresher wine.
