Soo delicious! I’d do nothing different to the recipe except double it!
Edit: We prefer smooshing the cookie balls a bit to help them cook more evenly, adding some Himalayan salt on top, cooking for 8-9 min at 165°F and letting rest for 5 min. This cookie will not be fully cooked through but we like it that way.

-used regular brown sugar from the US, baked 7 at once, flattened and put sea salt on top (loved it), and cooked at 165 for 9-10 min
