I used two cans of beans, and took ages to peel the skins off- time consuming, but it results in a very nice consistency! I adjusted seasonings to taste, and was very happy with the result

You don’t need to peel each bean. Just soak and rub till the skins fall off, drain and use beans and skins. Loosening them is the goal, not ridding of the skins altogether
